This coming year, we will be making several changes to ECCO RV Storage including lighting and additional road work. In addition, the following changes to invoicing will apply:
RV STORAGE BILLING
Effective January 1st, 2010, ECCO Waste RV Storage stalls will be rented on an annual basis only and all contracts will run January 1st to December 31st. individuals wishing to rent for periods less than a full year, stalls may be rented out if they are available, however the stall rental must be paid in full for the remaining months. We realize cash can be tight at the end of the year and due to short notice of the changes we are making to the billing process, a payment installment option is available. Payments can be broken into two amounts, January 1st to March 31st and the full balance payable April 1st with either a post dated cheque or credit card authorization.
In the event that you wish to cancel your stall prior to the end of your contract term, a refund will be given for prepaid RV Storage stall for the remaining months of the contract term. However, thirty days notice must be given prior to cancellation and a one month cancellation fee will be charged. Further, In order to secure your stall for the coming year, you must ensure that your payment is received prior to January 1st, 2010.
RATE INCREASES
After conducting market research, we have concluded that RV stalls will be increased this coming January 1st. fees for the 2010 year are $600 for 30ft. stalls and $750 for the 45ft stall. Customers with current rentals falling on a month other than January, please provide a post dated check or credit card authorization for the balance of the months outstanding for 2010 by January 1st, 2010 as per your contract. Your current rate will be in effect until the expiration of your 2009-2010 contract. If you do not remember your contract period or have lost your contract please call Kat at 403-720-3855.
