Can you really save my company money?

After carefully reviewing all assets assessed and taxed to your company, you will be assured that you are paying only your fair share.  Any changes required are reported to you, reductions in taxes are confirmed and reported as well.  If no errors can be found, which is highly unlikely, you have the confidence that your property assessment function is handled properly by experts that are efficient in the process.

What if there is a problem with my assessments?

If a problem is detected during any of our reviews, the assessor is contacted and an attempt is made to correct the error without filing a costly appeal.  In the case of a well or pipeline error in Alberta, an appeal must be filed.  In 2005, our company negotiated over 4 million dollars in reductions without moving to the actual hearing level.  Teleconference calls were all that were needed!  Our clients realized the savings with a minimal impact to the consulting budget.
